Does Roji need an internet connection?
An internet connection is required for initial activation and for accessing online App features. After setup, Roji can continue playing patterns saved to its local playlist if the internet connection is unavailable.
What can I control without the App?
The physical controls allow you to play, pause, and adjust the lighting. Uploading new designs, accessing online patterns, and editing the playlist require the Lemofuta App.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Roji continues playing from its saved local playlist. Cloud-based content and App features that require an internet connection will become available again after the connection is restored.
How loud is Roji while it is running?
Roji is designed for low-noise operation in bedrooms, offices, living rooms, and meditation spaces. As with any motorized product, some mechanical sound may be noticeable at close range in a very quiet room.
Can I add or replace the sand?
Yes. Users can add or replace the sand. For the correct replacement sand and refill instructions, contact Lemofuta Customer Support before opening or refilling the unit.
Can I buy replacement sand or other parts?
Yes. Replacement sand and compatible parts can be purchased separately through Lemofuta Customer Support. Availability and pricing should be confirmed with the support team.

Product arrived much quicker than expected. Although the carrier had damaged the box, the product was unharmed due to the protective foam. Easy to assemble and set up. I was up and running within 10 minutes, including the accessory table. I decided to use the smaller ball (included) to make more delicate patterns. They are beautiful and with a large variety to choose from! My one suggestion is to include a Clean option that is not part of a playlist, so that a pattern can be cleaned before another single one is started. Otherwise, it is breathtaking and everyone who sees it wants one!

This is an amazing product. I have been looking at a similar product for several years but finding this one makes me glad that I never pulled the trigger on buying the other manufacturers version. This table arrived very well packed, with the tablebase, glass top, 1 bag of sand, a small rake, power adapter with several changeable plugs for customizing to ones power outlet, and of course the steel ball that makes all the magic happen. It took roughly 5 minutes to set up the table. I added the sand, used the rake to level it, dropped the ball into the center, and powered it up. It immediately began a cleaning cycle, meaning it produced what appeared to be a coil, the purpose of which is apparently to further spread and level the sand. Then it began creating designs. Once it was running I took a few moments to download and install the accompanying app. The app connected to the table quickly, and i was thereafter able to control the table via my phone. Adjusting speed of the ball, color combinations, and the pattern(s) created were all at my fingertips. I can even power onoff the unit via the app. Oh...I almost forgot! When I launched the app and connected to the table I was prompted to update the tables firmware, which I did. In addition to other things the temperature of the light (on the Kelvin scale, not the heat generated) can be controlled, as can the frequency of color changes, the brightness of the light, and the frequency of change of color under the user selected color palette. Now the table goes about its day making one beautiful pattern after another. Every time I pass it I feel compelled to stop and gaze at the pattern it is making. Unlike most pieces of art, and I do consider this a piece of art, this one changes moment to moment. There are dozens of available designs, including many for different holidays. This table occupies a prominent location in our home, and I hope it continues to mesmerize us for years to come.
The lighting and finished patterns are lovely, and the unit feels well made. Setup took longer than expected on my Wi-Fi, though it has been reliable afterward.

My favorite part is that the patterns keep evolving without needing constant attention. It is decorative, calming, and a pleasant alternative to another glowing screen.
It looks even better in person and feels much more solid than I expected. The patterns come out clean, and the slower setting is perfect for my office. Getting it connected to Wi-Fi was a little annoying and took me two tries, so the setup could be clearer. Since then, though, it has worked normally and I have not had to reconnect it.

I wasn't sure if this would end up being one of those things that looks nice for a week and then gets ignored, but I actually use it most evenings. I usually pick a pattern, turn the speed down, and leave it beside me while I read. The light is warm, the ball moves smoothly, and it is quiet enough that I forget it is running until I look over and see a new design.
