We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a 30-day return or exchange from the day you receive your order.
Eligible Returns
- Quality issues, damaged/missing parts, or wrong items: Free return label.
- Personal reasons (change of mind, wrong order): Customer covers return shipping.
- Special offer and custom items cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons.
How to Return or Exchange
Email customerservice@lemofuta.com with your order number and photos/videos if needed. Approved returns will receive a label within 2 business days. Ship items back in original packaging within 7 days. Exchanges will get new tracking info within 2 business days.

Warranty
All products come with a 90-day warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Important Notes
- Items must be complete, unused, and undamaged.
- All returns require prior approval. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
Refunds

Full Refunds:
You are eligible for a full refund if:
Your order was canceled before shipping.
The item is defective or damaged.
Your package is lost in transit or never delivered. - Partial Refunds:
- If the item is returned for customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size/model ordered), the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- If your order included a free gift and the gift is not returned, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days after approval, but your bank may take additional days to complete the transfer. If you do not receive the refund within 15 days, please contact us and your bank.
